Auto attendant allows you to configure your phone system to interact with you callers and direct them to the right person or department. The auto attendant is fully integrated with the cloud PBX features and allows full configuration of the call flow.

Example (our solutions):

When you receive a phone call the auto attendant will offer the caller a number of options. If the caller for example chose to talk to the finance manger by pressing key "2" then the auto attendand will automatically transfer the call to finance manger extension. Further to that if finance manger is not available (away or busy on another call) the auto attendant will follow up with the call flow (based on how we initially  programmed it to act in different scenarios) and that could be:

  • divert to extension voice mail
  • call the mobile number of finance manger
  • Hunt Group - ring next number on the list (other person that can handle finance manger duties)
  • ring reception
  • or any other option that make good sense and help your business
